Wanda’s Story

I grew up in a home where my dad routinely beat my mom. So when my husband became violent, it really came as no surprise.

Sadly, violence in the home just seemed normal to me.

My Support Group helped me see that violence in the home is not normal and that my life didn’t have to be that way.
