Announcement of Appointment of Interim CEO

The Board of Directors of Journey Center for Safety and Healing is pleased to announce that Robin Johnson, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the additional role of interim Chief Executive Officer effective February 1, 2024. Robin joined Journey in April 2021, from Intermuseum Conservation Association, where she was Director of Finance and Operations.

As a seasoned executive leader and former executive director, Robin brings both broad and in-depth organizational knowledge, an empathetic and mission-driven mindset, and strong financial acumen to this position. These skills and more will enable Journey to continue to serve its clients and community partners, as well as advance its mission during this time of transition.

This follows the announcement of the departure of Melissa Graves, CEO, effective January 31, 2024. Melissa will transition to the position of President of The Center for Family Safety and Healing at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

An announcement regarding the search for a permanent CEO will be forthcoming.

Sincerely,

Eric A. Logan
Chair, Board of Directors
